Jose Figueira
Jose Figueira is a native of West Sussex, England. He spent eight years coaching soccer in New Zealand, where he held numerous positions with many teams, including being an assistant for the women's U17 national World Cup squad. Jose describes himself as self-motivated, energetic and hard working. I thrive on professionalism, leadership and planning. Jose in fluent in Spanish and enjoys golf, reading and spending time with family and friends.
Baha Basaran
The best advice Red Bulls trainer Baha Basaran ever got about coaching youngsters was make sure the kids have fun. Baha says he grew up playing on the streets of Turkey and New Jersey, eventually playing at Fort Lee High and Bergen Community College. He eventually graduated from Montclair State with a degree in English, and in his spare time Baha writes young adult fiction. He's coached for numerous top-quality youth teams, including JV sides for Dwight-Englewood JV and De Paul Catholic.
Justin Rifis
Justin Rifis is a native of River Forest, IL and a 2007 graduate of Miami University in Ohio. He began coaching soccer in 2009 for the FC Select in Brooklyn and has continued his work on the pitch with both kids and adults. Justin's been with the New York Red Bulls program program for two years. He's an avid reader and lifelong musician, who played soccer, basketball and baseball in high-school. Justin says, I'm eager to share, cultivate and impart a high level of soccer acumen [to those] dedicated to learning and improving their knowledge and abilities.
